  • KSA (Saudi Arabia): 3-5 business days
  • Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain: 3-6 business days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery time may vary

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery payment option for UAE and KSA customers.

6. Delays
SouqVista is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Wrong Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order. SouqVista is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
